The Bozeman Orthodontics team has been so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process. I didn't know what to expect since this is our first experience with it. We started with consultations for both of our kids a couple years ago - they focused on the kids experience and making everything so easy and clear. When our first started the process, I didn’t realize she would be getting braces on for the first appointment so I left to run an errand. My daughter let me know she was getting them on after I left, so I panicked - I hadn’t gotten before pictures or anything! The lady I spoke to took before pictures for me so I had them before the braces went on. From there, our first went to most appointments alone and always felt so comfortable, knew next steps and enjoyed the friendly staff at each appointment. She now has had her braces removed 1.5 years later and the staff feels like we’ve known them forever. They truly care and are invested in their experience. I had a great experience here. As an older person with periodontal disease, I'd wanted to fix my teeth for years. Dr. Pulfer was the first orthodontist to make me comfortable enough to do it and it was 100% worth it.
